Student Uniform Policy

Student Attire

As part of the value-based education of the Catholic School and because of its distinctive nature, attention is given to proper dress and attire.  Students K-8 are required to be in full uniform at all times, unless specified differently by the administration.  No dangling earrings for girls, no earrings for boys, no makeup or nail polish is allowed.  Hairstyles are to be school appropriate.  Boys may not maintain hair length below the shirt collar.  Shirts must be tucked into the pants/shorts/skirt at all times.  If these rules and regulations are not followed we will contact the parents.  Take pride in your Trinity Academy Uniform.

Uniforms

The school uniform may be purchased from the uniform company the school designates. (www.coeduniform.com)  The uniform company will measure students on designated dates. On Physical Education days, students may wear their gym uniform for the entire day.  On other specified days, which are announced in advance, students are permitted to wear their gym uniforms.  Students are to wear only Trinity Academy issued uniforms,  NO SUBSTITUTES.

Boys’ requirements (K-8) Winter (W) and Summer (S) Dress Uniform

·        Dark Grey Uniform Pants (W)

·        White Long or Short Sleeved Oxford Shirt (W)

·        White Long Sleeved Turtleneck w/logo (W)

·        Navy Cardigan Sweater/Vest w/logo (W)

·        School Tie (W)

·        Grey Socks (W)

·        Grey Belt (W)

·        White Short-Sleeved Knit Shirt w/logo (S)

·        Navy Warm Weather Shorts (S)

·        Navy Stretch Belt for Warm Weather Shorts (S)

Boys’ Winter Footwear – Flat-soled navy blue/black/brown Oxford or Loafer shoe.  No sandals, sneakers, or military style work or hiking boots.

Boys’ Summer Footwear – Sneakers are part of the uniform, preferably white, low-cut, may have accent stripes.  No high-top sneakers are allowed.  Regular ankle socks, no tennis or low cut socks.

Girls’ Requirements (K-8) Winter (W) and Summer (S) Dress Uniform

·        Plaid Jumper (K-3) (W)

·        Plaid Skirt (4-8) (W)

·        White Short or Long Sleeved Blouse (W)

·        Navy Cardigan Sweater w/logo (W)

·        Cross Tie (W)

·        Navy Knee Socks (W)

·        Navy Slacks with white over blouse (K-8) (W)

·        White Short-Sleeved Knit Shirt w/logo (S)

·        Navy Warm Weather Shorts (S)

Physical Education Uniform (Gym) (K-8)

Trinity Academy has its own in-house PE Uniform service, run by parent volunteers.  All proceeds go to Trinity Academy.  In order to serve you better, minimum stock is on hand for purchase throughout the school year. 

Please adhere to the deadline dates for ordering.  It costs more to place small orders, and this additional cost will be passed on to you.  Orders are paid in advance and exchanges are hassle-free.  Order forms are available at the main office.
